Translation agency AIRV is proud, along six other translation companies, to be part of the Lithuanian Association of Translation Agencies. The association was established in 2010 in order to address the four crucial needs identified as follows:
Primarily a general lack of translation standards in the Lithuanian translation industry (especially in terms of quality, service provision, etc.); secondly was also noted a certain isolation of market participants which prevented them from solving general problems; thirdly a lack of opportunities to represent the interests of Lithuanian translation agencies in other countries and among international organizations; fourthly an insufficient general understanding of the translation industry.
